I am a realtor in Wisconsin and was looking to sell my investment property in Florida. I had planned to work with a different agent originally, but after a few red flags (let’s be honest - I’m in the business- I’m going to be picky & hire the best) somebody recommended Angela and I couldn’t be happier with my decision to list with her! Her knowledge, marketing & negotiation skills brought me multiple offers in just a few days! Unfortunately that buyer backed out- but we soon had another offer. Then we had an appraisal issue. She went OVER and ABOVE to challenge the appraisal and was successful! Her knowledge and expertise navigated what could’ve been an extremely stressful situations resulting in my home being sold for top dollar with very few days on market. If you are looking to buy or sell do yourself a favor and hire her immediately.

We are not currently living in the Englewood, Fl. area, and could only look at homes during brief visits. Angela made herself available any time we could get away. She showed us many homes. After a long search of existing homes, Angela worked tirelessly to find a builder that could build a new  home for our budget and our needs. Angela helped us get the building lot and worked through the initial sessions with the builder. Angela is a wonderful person, has vast knowledge of real estate and always willing to find your perfect home. We feel we have met a friend in our new home town.

Angela is a native to this area. Her personality and multiple contacts make her so very valuable when you are new to an area. She worked with me night and day until I found the "right" property. She gives you a wealth of knowledge with every area of purchasing a property. No matter what time I  contacted her, she promptly responded. No guessing what this real estate agent is all about, she wants to get it right! I would highly recommend Angela, and if the opportunity arises, I will use her real estate skills again. Angela has a very thought-full, intuitive, genuine and caring presence. She seemed very confident in her abilities and methods of how to sell our dad's house, while also being very respectful of our needs at the time. We had just lost our father and really appreciated how quickly we felt  comfortable with her and that we knew we could trust her instincts. She stayed in close contact with us and let us know what was happening almost daily. She sold the house quickly and got what seemed to be a very fair price. A sense of high integrity permeated the entire experience. We could not have been more pleased with how the whole process went.
